If you get this error “How to solve “ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found”, you have reach the processes limit of Oracle. To solve this issue, Connect as DBA to your Oracle database and execute these SQL queries :
ALTER SYSTEM SET PROCESSES=150 SCOPE=SPFILE;
ALTER SYSTEM SET OPEN_CURSORS=500;

Files to download :
1-Power off the Galaxy Note 10.1.
2-Boot the device into Download Mode as follows: press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together until a construction Android robot icon with a warning triangle appears on screen. Then hit Volume Up button to progress into Download Mode.
3-Run Odin as administrator, click on CSC and select the rom file N8000XXUDNH2_N8000OJVDNH1_N8000XXUDNH1_HOME.tar.md5, be sure that only “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” are selected.
4-Click on Start and wait until the process will finished, the device should reboot after, and have the new system installed.
5-To root the device, with Odin choose now “AP” and select the root file, click start and device will be rooted.
